A large-scale projection that helped us imagine overcoming the obstacles in our lives.

Asalto Durham reimagined one of Durham’s iconic structures for public delight. Part public intervention and part video installation, local Durham residents appeared to slowly ‘climb’ up the walls and eventually reached the top.

Canogar specialises in photography and video, creating new media installations, photo-murals and site-specific public art projects. His interests lie in themes related to electronic waste, visual excess and the archaeology of new media.
