A portrait of life in Amsterdam, suspended above the Wear.
Drawn in Light by Ralf Westerhof was an installation made of steel, hand-formed into a typical Amsterdam-style canal building, surrounded by tranquil elements of daily life.
The piece rotated elegantly above the river, twirling and twisting to create a new city location, illuminated against the dark sky.
