Noeline is the Artistic Director & CEO of Macnas, an internationally acclaimed spectacle theatre company staging groundbreaking and award-winning performances for festivals and communities around the world. Shows include collaborating with U2 floating a 20ft tall giant baby in NYC’s Times Square, performing at the MTV music awards in Paris, performing at the SXSW festival in Texas and at Womad Austraila. Macnas celebrate storytelling on an epic scale, presenting work in public spaces with a cast of 300 and audiences of 50,000 connecting communities globally. Macnas have toured to 27 countries over four continents unleashing creative chaos invention and imagination across the streets of the world.
Outside of her current role in Macnas, she has collaborated with Welfare State International, Liverpool Lantern Company, Rough Magic Theatre Company, The Abbey, National Theatre of Ireland, Druid Theatre Company, Woodford Folk Festival, Els Comediants Spain, Carlow Youth Theatre, Fishamble Theatre and the Fatima Mansions Estate. Other creative encounters include South Bank London Festival, Sacha Brooks London, BBC North West, Newbury Corn Exchange, Theatre du Soliel, Liverpool Hope Street and St Patricks Festival Dublin, London, Moscow.
