Take a selfie with the official Lumiere Durham washing machine and you could win a new washing machine or freezer from the festival’s Family Partner Ebac!
The official Lumiere Durham washing machine was designed by seven-year-old Holly Metcalfe you’ll find it in the Lumiere Visitor Hub on Millennium Place.

Just take a selfie with the washing machine, post it on Twitter or Facebook and remember to tag it with the hashtag #EbacLumiere and you’ll be entered into the competition to win.

About the official Lumiere Durham Washing Machine

The festival’s Family Partner Ebac invited 4-11 year-olds from across the North East of England to enter a competition to design the official Lumiere Durham washing machine. Many entries were inspired by people’s favourite installations and magical memories of past festivals, and Holly’s fantastic winning design was turned into the washing machine you can see in the Lumiere Visitor Hub.

The Lumiere Visitor Hub is open:
–       Saturday 7th – Wednesday 11th November, 11am – 4pm
–       Thursday 12th – Sunday 15th November, 12 noon – 11pm
